
Atty. Aloi Renz P. Santos is the Founder and Managing Counsel of APS Law, where he leads the firm in providing strategic, principled, and solutions-oriented legal services anchored on professionalism, integrity, and client-centered advocacy.
He likewise serves as Corporate Secretary and Legal Counsel of the Philippine College of Criminology, Chief Legal Officer of Microsource Inc., and Chief Executive Officer of Tree House Real Estate Venture. Prior to assuming these roles, he served for four (4) years as a member of the Legal Division of the Commission on Human Rights – Region III, where he was designated as Acting Chief of the Legal Division and Gender Ombud Focal Person, among other significant responsibilities. In such capacities, he contributed meaningfully to the Commission’s mandates on human rights protection, legal advocacy, and gender justice.
Atty. Santos has established a reputation for excellence through an outstanding academic and professional record. He graduated Valedictorian in both elementary and secondary education, earned his undergraduate degree magna cum laude, obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar after successfully passing the 2019 Philippine Bar Examinations.
Apart from active legal practice, Atty. Santos is likewise a respected legal educator. He serves as a part-time professor at La Consolacion University of the Philippines, Bulacan State University, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila, and Tarlac State University – School of Law, where he teaches a broad range of legal subjects at the undergraduate, graduate, and law school levels.
He is also a distinguished alumnus of the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, USA, under the Philippine-American Educational Foundation (Fulbright Philippines).
Beyond the practice of law and the academe, Atty. Santos is a recognized speaker, advocate, and thought leader. He regularly delivers lectures on legal theory, human rights, gender justice, governance, and public accountability. He is likewise the co-founder of Polaris Philippines and the BulSU-OSO Sail Program, a former editor-in-chief, a student leader, and an active participant in various community-driven initiatives at the local, national, and international levels.
